wilde was formed in 2003 after matt wilde returned from india. the members of the band knew each other from the local music scene and decided to form a band. matt had loads of songs which he had recorded on his 4 track tascam over a period of 9 months, 9 days and 9 hours. the band started rehearsing and giving gigs. the reception was good so that wilde decided to record some songs. these songs are now available on their album "a drug for every pain".
