BATHHOUSEBETTY is an all original speedrock band, that has been performing countless shows in and around the Toledo area for nearly 9 years. Begining as a two-piece acoustic collaboration between Vocalist Rob Hawk and Guitarist Alexander Clawson, BHB was off to a very healthy start. The songs seemed to come effortlessly, and all while having a really good time writing them. Soon after was the addition of Mike Olah helping Alex and Rob keep time with his unique ability to well, keep time. Mike is by far one of the best drummers Toledo has to offer, swift and solid. For about 9 years BHB searched for some low end and let me tell you, they had a hell of a time. The bassist's came and went, some didn't even own a bass. Then we found him, Matt Meyers a very skilled, talanted and intelligent bass player. Matt is the perfect bass player, a musician with ideas a musician with meaning. Now, in 2007 as a four-piece band of highly skilled and motivated musicians, who are constantly writing and creating new material, BHB has nowhere to go but up.
They are currently shopping thier newest demo in hopes to gain recognition and status in the vast world of the music industry, and all while having a really good time doing it.
