About Me

MyGen Profile Generator Experimentation without pretention. Distilling myriad influences into a cohesive whole, a recognizable identity. Keeping the mind open at any cost. Lofty goals for anyone, let alone four guys from Ohio.Meet HIGHBINDER, a four headed beast of the highest order, reveling in the freedom to create something new for your ears. These days, with so much information, dis-information, so much MUSIC available at the touch of a mouse or radio dial, coming down to us from all times and places - how could anyone with an interest in pushing music forward place any limits on themselves? The answer is you can't, all you can do is take what you see and hear, then create.Meet MORENEVERTHANEVER. Will you take this sonic journey with us? Ranging from flat out, searing guitar kamikaze, to alt-country death-boogie. From comedic takes on your local news show, to dark and propulsive songs of love and loss. Drugs, obelisks, space whales populating the universe - this ain't what you're used to! Impassioned vocals (sometimes sweet and clear, sometimes burnt and ragged) play out over the proto-punk, Sabbath inflected guitars and drums from Mars to make something truly different than anything you've heard in the last ten years. More importantly, it all rocks with a fury that's sometimes barely suppressed and sometimes exploding outward in overdrive. We are a rock band with one eye on the legacy behind us, and one eye always on the future.HIGHBINDER isJon Kuhlman - baritone guitar and vocalsAndy Clark - lead guitar and vocalsNick Grifka - drums and percussionAdam Keeler - bass guitar and backup vocalsThis album is to be played at maximum volume, of course. Like I even had to tell you? Enjoy the ride and come back anytime.I Never Sleep
