My Interests

One of my favorite past-time activities that I enjoy when I am not at the drums is being in shape and trying to be focus with my health. Aside from my music I am a certified fitness consultant through I.F.P.A(International Fitness Professional Association). And my concentration is focusing on giving clinics, seminars, workshops and personal training as well of performing artist and anyone who's concern with enhancing their performance level with their instrument on stage and at the same time taking care of their health. Within my clinics I open with a selection from my group as I play the drums and then talk to the audience about what is used by the body to play the drums or an instrument along with what types of exercieses and nutritonal plans that can take the performance level and health to the optimal height. My moto is "The way you take care of your body today will be the results of how your body will be tomorrow." And if you have an interest then do hit me back with a message and we can chat.

The selection that you hear right now is called "Come Go With Me" from the R&B grouup called Pockets who was produced back in 1975-80 by Maurice and Verdine White of Earth, Wind & Fire. This group is originally from Baltimore, Md and released three ablums on the Columbia/Kalimba Record label. Pockets was the opening act for the Earth, Wind & Fire and Deniece Williams tour of 1977-78 called the ALLNALL Tour! The members of Pockets was Larry Jacobs-lead singer, Al McKinney-keyboards, Gary Grainger-electric bass and vocals, Charlies Williams-trumpet and vocals, Irving Madison-tenor and soprano sax and vocals, Kevin Barnes-trombone and vocals, George Gray-drums and vocals, and Greg Grainger-percussion and vocals. Books:

I'm not a typical book reader even though I do a great deal of reading. My catalogue of books range from computer repair, desktop publishing, webdesign, music software and recording. These are the kind of book my brain absolves beside wanting to read the fiction, drama and suspense or murders.

Heroes:

I have no heroes just only mentors!!!!
