Mondstein records started as an open project in 2004, when producers from different categories and styles started producing hard but still electronic tunes. Whether conscience-proof hardstyle, filigree backbeats, percussive house loops or melodic ambient tracks – everything can arise and be developped under the label Mondstein, as long as the productions are musical, naughty and electronic.
Based on various positive feedbacks that have reached Mondstein from DJ’s, producers and compliers, Mondstein has evolved into a commercial project with the intention to conquer the club scenes around Europe.
The label company “Mondstein Records” has been founded in June 2007. The brand “Mondstein Records” stands for musical innovation as well as high quality.
Core competence of “Mondstein Records” lies within the accomplishment and coordination of:
- Production of electronic music as well as contemporary club music
- mixing and mastering,
- CD- / Vinyl printing,
- promotion,
- layout / graphic and
- relation management.
The one roof of “Mondstein Records” is divided into two label divisions:
o Mondstein Records "The Black Label" for Techno / Electro / Dance
o Mondstein Records "The White Label" for Lounge / Ambient / Chill-House

Mondstein ist ein im Jahre 2004 gestartetes offenes Projekt, bei dem Produzenten aus verschiedensten Musiksparten harte aber dennoch musikalische elektronische Tunes produzieren. Ob abgebrühter Hardstyle, filigrane Backbeats, perkussive House-Loops oder wohlklingende Ambient-Tracks – unter Mondstein darf alles entstehen, solange die Produktion musikalisch, frech und elektronisch klingt.
Aufgrund zahlreicher positiver Feedbacks, welche in naher Vergangenheit von DJ’s, Produzenten und Compilers eingingen, entwickelte sich Mondstein schliesslich auch zu einem kommerziell angelegten Projekt, welches sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, mit seinen Sounds die Club-Szenen Europas zu erobern.
Im Juni 2007 wurde die Label-Gesellschaft „Mondstein Records“ gegründet. Die Marke „Mondstein Records“ steht für musikalische Innovation sowie hohe Qualität. Die Kernkompetenzen von Mondstein liegen in der Durchführung und der Koordination von
- Produktion elektronischer Musik sowie zeitgemässer Club-Musik,
- Mixing und Mastering,
- CD- / Vinyl-Pressung,
- Promotion,
- Layout / Grafik und
- Relation Management.
Unter der Dachmarke „Mondstein Records“ wird zwischen zwei Labelling-Bereichen unterschieden:
