MR. EDDIE is a Hip Hop/House Artist/Dj from Chicago, IL with many years in the music business, while Djing since the age of 12, he has been inspired by Chicago house music, as well as Chicago's underground hip hop scene, and old school hip hop from East to West from Midwest to the South. Eddie has been lounging in the background for many years, helping out with many projects that went on in the late 80's and early 90's with some well known Artists and Dj's in Chicago, and Indiana from house to hip hop.
At this time Eddie is working on an E.P titled "Chi to the Sip" due out in September featuring artists from Chicago, and Mississippi with the first single "The Ill One" to be released in late August, "I decided to drop an E.P instead of a full lengthed CD, due to timing issues with my schedule". The instrumentals on the page now is another learning experience, Eddie is trying to get updated with technology and make beats on the comp, but still thinks the old way is the best!
As a member of an old Dj/Graf/Breaking crew from the Northside of Chicago, Eddie has learned different aspects of music from listening to all types of genre that would blare in the streets, from family at home, to chillen at a homie's house and what there parents or siblings would play, you got the idea that he took all types of music in as a learning experience.
