KEEP THE LOVE OF ELVIS IN YOUR HEART AND HIS MEMORY ALIVE THROUGH SONG

About Me

I am a 1971 graduate of Nederland High School, Nederland, TX. I graduated from Cheniar Business College, Beaumont, TX in 1973 with a degree in Business Administration. I have worked in the insurance field since 1973. I have one daughter, Alesha, 23. She is the love of my life and my best friend. I love to travel, seeing new places and meeting new people. Especially people who share the same passion as I do, ELVIS.

My Dearest Elvis

As I walk the path to the garden

In the still and quite of the morning

The tears I can no longer hide

No comfort can I find from inside

As I glance toward your beloved Graceland

I can hear your laughter even now

In my mind I can still see

That sweet and beautiful smile

Now standing before you grave

With only my thoughts of you

I feel your hand on mine

Still taking care of business even now

Precious memories flood my soul

As I stand before this place

30 years since God called you home

Leaving us empty and all alone

Gone but not forgotten

Your love forever in our heart

Your memory through your song

Waiting for the day we will never part

Never once have I said I am sorry

For the burdened shackles of pain

For the hurt I may have caused

Nothing from this did I gain

.... After all these years do I realize

All you did you did for me

Now asking for your forgiveness

Through your oh so sweet harmony.

My Dearest Elvis......Aloha from my heart to yours

Shelia Clark
