Latest News
As of September 2008 Patrick Ramsey is no longer playing drums for the band. He has been replaced by Scott Cheek who brings a very tight and dynamic sound with his drum style. We wish the best for Patt! The CD is available at a growing list of both online and brick and mortar retailers and so far is selling pretty well in England of all places.Oasis distribution has also recently released their compilation with our song "Portland" which has been sent to 100's of Alternative Radio Stations and Industry Insiders, hopefully we can get some airplay out of that. We are currently in practicing and writing mode and will start working on another CD in the coming months as well as playing throughout the Southeast region once again.

It looks like this ...
Suhgarim started out as an acoustic duo near Venice, Italy, and is the brainchild and passion of Vocalist/Songwriter Trish Fleury and Guitarist/Songwriter Dave Anthony. They have released one EP called When You Bleed in April of 2007 which was recorded at Studio C in Chapin, SC with Joe Green on Bass and Chris Hinch on Drums. They then recorded their first full length called, "Between Life and Death" in July of 2008 at Six + One Studio in Florence, SC. That cd was recorded with Patrick Ramsey on Drums, J Leidy (Formerly of Evil Empire) on Bass, and Glenn Charles on Guitar and Keyboards. The current lineup consists of Glenn, J and the latest addition of Scott Cheek on Drums. They are currently touring the Southeast and have played with The Bullet Boys, Blessed by a Broken Heart, Hydrovibe, Wednesday 13, Ligion, Fixer, Hot Lava Monster, Black Ritual, Closer, Soul Mites, Evil Empire, Zelazowa, Restless Oblivion, Psycle, Lunas Lament and many other bands. Suhgarim's sound has been called, "as original as their name, the love child of Queensryche, Megadeath and Heart, alt - ethereal modern metal and combining the sounds and style of Dio and Iron Maiden". Propelled by the electrifying stage presence of Trish Fleury and the guitar antics of Dave Anthony and Glenn Charles Suhgarim's shows are a return to the very roots of Rock N Roll and what concerts were meant to be! Held down by the tribal rhythms and pumping bass of J Leidy and Scott Cheek the music recalls the days of arena rock at it's best! Filled with unpredictable and uncontrolled abandon their stage shows not only bring audience and band together in communal rock ecstasy but balance on the precipice of danger and violence! Like an orgie of Rock N Roll raw energy a Suhgarim show is a free for all and an experience to remember! From Trish jumping into the crowd, kicking fans, smashing bottles on guitars and Dave playing guitar with teeth, mic stands and anything else within reach, Suhgarim holds every audience spell bound and fired up with violent energy that recalls the early days of the MC5, The Stooges, AC DC and even Guns N Roses. No matter what comparison one draws, one thing is for certain, "Suhgarim is bad ass rock and roll!"
