Bob Blechman

About Me

An experienced information technology executive, I am currently Associate Director in the Office of Information Technology at a major medical school. I have held senior technology positions at Columbia University Medical Center, the New York City Board of Education, PricewaterhouseCoopers, HarperCollins Publishers and CBS.
As an adjunct professor at Fordham University, I have taught courses in communication theory, mass media and society and media industries.
I have a Ph.D. in Media Ecology (Communication Theory and Media Studies) and a Finance MBA, both from New York University. My doctoral research concerned the impact of television advertising on our culture.
