About Me

"Red flags and long nights"

"The citizen is becoming a pawn in a game where nobody knows the rules, where everybody consequently doubts that there are rules at all, and where the vocabulary has been diminished to such an extent that nobody is even sure what the game is all about." (Andrew Eldritch)Real art focuses on the issues which remain unsolved. Real art searches for answers by posing the demanding questions. Real art does not distract from the painful issues, instead it points the finger on the most disturbing ones. On a personal, sexual, aesthetical and political level, art should be present, not absent. Those who want to separate art from the socio-political and moral-personal origins that gave birth to it are simply denying the dialectical relationship between artistic creation and its direct causes. Art is born out of the world's (and the individual's) imperfection, and is a search for this missing perfection on every aspect. Art is a narration of our struggle for liberation. In that sense, art can only be revolutionary.Modernism in Art - Reconstruction of the medium - Questioning of the Consciousness - Revolution in Politics and Culture - Liberation of the productive forces - Abolition of exploitation - The end of utopia through actual accomplishment.
