Nate Mountel

About Me

I am Nate Mountel.
I am a drummer.
I love to play.
Classic Ludwigs - black diamond pearl - ranging from 1966 to 1972
I am older than my drums.
I currently play with
Amy Lord Flury and the Sins
I completed a long-term fill-in stint with
The Gregory Morris Group
and another over the past few years with
Visceral Elixir.
I specialize in short notice fill-ins and short or long term substitute gigs.
I sat-in with The Spares almost without rehearsal at the 2006 MidPoint Festival.
So if you get that call that your drummer has gone south or is in jail, etc. and you've got a gig, drop me a line, I can probable make it happen for established, reputable bands.
Please no teens or metal bands.
I am also available for sessions and performances.
Sometimes my alterego hits things with Yak Yak Yak
Occasionally I play samba
I am also known to sit-in unannounced with various bands around town. Hope to see you at a show near you soon!
Peace,
Nate
