About Me

Little Haiti came from Haiti to Brooklyn, New York at the age of eight. The name “Little Haiti” derives from the obstacles he faced, first hand, growing up Haitian in the Brooklyn community. These experiences are what have driven him to develop musically. Little Haiti has had a passion for music for as long as he can remember. Inspired by the church, he taught himself to play piano and drums, spreading his message to the community through music. Little Haiti’s music career took off when he helped form The Shepherds, the first Haitian gospel Hip Hop group, with Bennchoumy Elien and Dr. Nicolas. During this time, Little Haiti had the opportunity perform with various talented artists. Currently, Little Haiti is working on his solo career, where he mixes rap, konpa, jazz and gospel. His goal is to educate people about Haitian culture and heritage, while cherishing the roots and foundations of the music, dance and history.
New album coming soon! In the meantime, listen to the singles!
