Originating in April, 2004, Caliber Studios was built with the intention of producing quality music and also discovering quality talent. The name goes back to CEO Julio Carreras college days, where he got the name Xcaliber via his fraternity, Lambda Upsilon Lambda. He decided to create Caliber Entertainment, along with veteran behind the scenes producer Jah Martinez, based on the valuable meaning of the nickname he was given. Caliber Studios remained dormant after construction of the studios were completed. Both Julio and Jah werent worried about rushing someone in the booth and to start recording. They were more concerned with scouting out quality talent and working with them towards creating unique works. About a year later, three artists are now involved with Calibers history in the making. All are committed to creating unique alluring music that spans, breaks barriers and extends to various genres.With their motto, "There's no turning back", theres no doubt that Julio and Jah will make their goals and their dreams a reality. Based in Passaic, New Jersey, Caliber Entertainment is a promising music management and Independent Record Label Co. lead by two driven individuals with a unique vision of what it takes to make things happen in the industry.
