1. ON RABOOGIE'S FREE TIME, AWAY FROM MUSIC, WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO?
When I'm not doing music, I enjoy being with my 2 kids, RJ and Lianna. That's my high in life.
2. WHAT DOES RABOOGIE LISTEN TO WHEN PLAYING MUSIC BESIDES YOUR OWN?
Well I listen to everything from Pop, Salsa, Bachata, House, Freestyle. Basically, if its hot, I'm tuning in.
3. 1. AS THE YEARS PASSED, BESIDES FAMILY, WHO CAN YOU SAY ARE YOUR INSPIRATION AND ROLE MODELS IN WHICH YOU GOT RESPECT FOR AND ALSO LOOK UP TO AS YOU ARE TRYING TO GET IN THE MUSIC GAME?
To me, I feel, there are not alot of true people in this world. As far as inspirations, I grew up inspired by artists like Vico C. He was one of the artist that I enjoyed because it was Spanish Hip-Hop. During that time, I was young so I didn't know Reggaeton was around. He open the door for me to do music with the spanish language. Wilson G is another Reggaeton artist. He grew big on me because his style was very raw, very explicive and with him, just like Vico C, tells a story in there music. Thats one main thing I do in my songs now. Those were the 2 artist I grew up listening to. After the years passed, the whole Playero Reggaeton movement got big and crazy. It gave me more inspiration to the Reggaeton world. As far as Hip Hop artist, I liked DMX, Notorious B.I.G, Jay-Z, 2 Pac, Big Pun, LL Cool J, Slick Rick, and Wu-Tang Clan. Those were the artist I grew up with. At the moment, I like Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Rick Ross, Lil' Wayne, Jadakiss, Jim Jones and many more.
4. IF YOU WERE ASKED TO BE AN OPENING ACT FOR ANY ARTIST, WHO WOULD YOU PICK AND WHY?
Well as an artist, you never want to be the opening act but everyone has to start somewhere. I would choose to open up for any International group or band because I know ill be touring alot lol. I'm not too picky with it as long as my music is being heard.
5. IF YOU HAD A CHOICE TO COLLAB WITH ANY ARTIST FOR YOUR NEXT SINGLE, WHO WOULD YOU CHOOSE AND WHY?
If I could do a track with any artist I think it would have to be Akon. The reason why I pick him is because Akon's music comes from that root in his soul that anything or any topic he does a hook on, is something the world and I could relate to. So Akon would be the one I would be blessed to work with
6. WHILE DOING YOUR THING IN MUSIC, HAS THERE BEEN A MOMENT, A SPECIAL EVENT, MEETING AN ARTIST OR A MEMORY THAT YOU WILL NEVER FORGET? WHAT WAS IT?
Yes. I remember doing a big show for one of my closest friends and we were the opening act for Tego Calderon and Aventura. That day was very special to me because my whole family came out and showed me alot of love. It was a great moment to see my mother, father, sister and everyone there cheering and chanting my name. It was a great feeling.
7. MUSIC IS YOUR LIFE BUT WHAT ARE OTHER THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ACCOMPLISH IN LIFE?
I would love to own my own business where I can produce enough money to help kids that have no job, or place to go after school. Something like an after school program for kids where they would learn how music plays a role in life. I would call it MUSIC IS LIFE.
8. IF A KID CAME UP TO YOU AND ASKED YOU FOR ADVICE ON HOW TO GET STARTED IN THE MUSIC GAME, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL THEM?
First thing I would advise them to stay in school. Education is the key to any dream. To believe in themselves. If they feel it, to keep rolling with that dream. In this world, there's alot of options and few believers
9. IF YOU CAN PUT OUT A MESSAGE TO THE STREETS, FANS, OR ANYONE ABOUT LIFE IN GENERAL, WHAT WOULD BE THE FIRST THING YOU WOULD SAY?
I would say to believe is to achieve and sky is the limit. There's always going to be down falls in life. You just got to know how to get back up!
10. THIS ENDS OUR INTERVIEW. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO PUT OUT TO YOUR HATERS OR THOSE TRYING TO INTEFERE IN YOUR DREAM?
Yes I do. For all my haters, I would like to take this time out to encourage them to continue on hating me, to continue to doubt me and most important continue to bring me fame!!!
