Happy Holidays from the Captain! Here is a recipe for the holidays me mates! Enjoy.
CAPTAIN GINGER COOKIES
1 c. sweet butter, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. crystalized ginger, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. dark rum, Capt. Morgan's spiced rum
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, shape dough into round 2 inch diameters; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate 2 hours or freeze for 45 minutes. Slice dough 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes or until edges brown lightly. Cool. Makes about 6 dozen.

Apple juice
Mulling spices
Capt. Morgan's spiced rum or cinnamon Schnapps
Cinnamon stick
Pour cider into large saucepan. Add mulling spices, bring to boil. Pour into mug; add jigger of Capt Morgan's or cinnamon Schnapps and cinnamon stick.

- A white spiced rum with hints of vanilla, 70 proof.

Parrot Bay

- Lighter, almost syrupy drinks flavored with coconut, mango, pineapple, or passionfruit. 42 proof (formerly 48)

Black Label - A dark rum from Jamaica. U.S. 80 proof.

Private Stock
- Captain Morgan's "high end" rum. 80 proof.

Tattoo

- A very dark rum with fruit flavors described as berry or citrus. 70 proof
