About Me

This is all we know. Really. It is a well established fact that day jobs suck. Nights ane weekends are even worse. We've been staring down the barrel of adulthood for a long time now. Still not liking what we're seeing. This rock and roll thing is a time machine, man. It is the only way we know how to feel like we were 14 again. Feel the summer sun beat down on your back and actually feel that first kiss still tingling on your lips 25 years later. To remember the night hanging out of the sunroof of a Volvo doing 110 by the Massachusetts State Police barracks in Russell, MA. We were there and so was Black Flag. We need to feel alive. To be alive. Like when you had options, before you knew how to articulate what you wanted. They will never take us alive. This i vow......The lines on our faces tell the tale. We can still recall when Motley Crue's "Theatre of Pain" was new. New! When Minor Threat was sitting on the front porch of the Dischord house. When Yes was cool! Before everything got blown to hell and we all had to hold on a lot tighter just to keep from being thrown to the wolves. Every previous generation had it better than their parents. We're the first not to have that. Our paper money is not backed by anything. It is essentially worthless. There is no more gold standard. Just you wait. We're going in a direction where there will be a super elite running everything, no middle class, and the impoverished. We're well on our way. Everything is cyclical, and Feudalism is no exception. How do you take your gruel? We love our time machine, and it loves us. Loud guitars can save your life. They have saved ours daily for well over 2 decades now. If you think we're a bunch of old farts and are expecting "Proud Mary" or "Brown Eyed Girl" when we get on stage, we understand. But we'll make no apologies when we pin your ears back and send your deaf ass home with something to think about. Your body will get old, and tired, and sore. Your mind does not need to suffer that same fate. Now go check out The Probates, Hotblack, Shadows Fall, and Priestess.Raise your glass......take a pull, and smash it on the floor. Kisses,

Sounds Like: Too much Metal to be Punk, too Punk to be Metal, too old to be cool, old enough not to care. Loud. Fast. Honest. We will not bite you. We're more likely to ask you back to our pad and kill a case of PBR's and watch Mr. Show. Then the biting may begin, ladies. Or breakfast. We don't care. However you like it, we'll accomodate.

Another year wiser, not older.....

So I hear Robert American is proclaiming this summer of 2007 to be the Greatest Sumer Ever.  Quite a prediction.  There's a good energy in the air, and it has been building for a whil...
