The author of "The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service," I am blessed to travel extensively speaking on the topics of customer service and employee engagement. Audience members who have heard me speak on employee retention know me as "Gal Morale." Prior to becoming a speaker, I managed engagement programs for residents and employees in the elder care/health care field. Soon we'll be moving to Pennsylvania - Florida is lovely, but we miss the seasons...even the snow.Fun Facts About Me:* I've got a degree in theatre arts and communication, and am still a movie-star-wanna-be. * Performed in the PA Renaissance Faire in the late 80's as Sir Walter Raleigh's Secret Wife. The next year I went down a few classes and was a washer wench named Lily Peagoose. * Was certified in Stage Combat - broadsword, rapier and dagger, and hand to hand. * Avid Reader - mostly of business books now, but also love non-fiction. As a child, the Trixie Belden series was my favorite. * Daffy Desire - to attend the Oscars - at the very least to get bleacher seats. * Past President of the National Speakers Association of Central Florida * I am a dreamweaver for Second Wind Dreams, an organization that makes dreams come true for elders living in assisted living residences and nursing homes. Their website is www.secondwind.org. * I am excited to find out about a new non-profit called the Red Carpet Foundation, that makes red carpet dreams come true for children with terminal illnesses. I'm hoping to get involved!
