Scott is an author of four books, professional speaker, and the only person in the world who wears a nametag 24-7 to encourage people to be friendlier. (Since November 2, 2000)
He's been dubbed "The World's Foremost Authority on Nametags" by CNN & USA Today, written a quiz for COSMO Magazine, published 100's of articles in print and online publications, spoken to tens of thousands of people worldwide, been interviewed as an expert on approachability for the Wall Street Journal and, believe it or not, inducted into Ripley's Hall of Fame!
