Sometimes I really wonder if people actually read my "About me" section...but oh well, I'll write it anyways (just for you ppl that have read it this far hehe ^_^). So here goes... a little bit about me:
My name is Kwan (it's my Thai nickname, NOT my last name). I'm 87.5% Chinese and 12.5% Thai, how I figured that out is probably too complicated to explain hehe. I'm an only child, but I'm definitely NOT spoiled... my parents raised me well, they kept my head straight ;) I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand but then later moved to Michigan and LA. I got my B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and my M.S. in Engineering Management from USC. I seriously can't decide if I'm a Wolverine or a Trojan haha :p (Can't I be both?). I don't look like your typical engineer right? Haha, until today, I still get that "surprised" look everytime I tell someone that I'm an engineer :p I'm such an undercover nerd and not to mention, a biggest dork as well.I believe that in order to be successful in life, you have to learn to balance things... In my case, I work/study my ass off... and at the same time, I party/enjoy life just as much =) Besides working and kickin it, I also love to sing, play sports, travel, learn new things, hang out with friends, and be a bum (just had to add that in haha). Right now, my good friend and I are trying to learn more about photography so if you got any tips or suggestions, holla at your gurl ;)
As for my location... I'm currently back in Thailand... working and getting paid for all those years in college (I hope ^_^) I definitely miss LA tho.. I miss LA and everything that makes LA ~ LA... I miss the people, the clubs, the food, the museums, KTown, the weather, the lifestyle, everything. Don't get me wrong, Thailand's an awesome country, but I guess I'm just in love with LaLaLand :)*** If you're in SoCal, check out GoProductionsLA.com for the hottest parties! ***
What else...oh my personality! Words that describe me: talkative, dorky, energetic, NERDY (seriously), friendly, organized, clumsy, responsible, silly, sweet, punctual, polite, sensitive, nice, random, hyper and fast (driving, talking, thinking, walking, eating hehe)
Likes: Toys (yes, really), chocolate, anything purple/pink, animals, cars, the beach, the islands, makeup, photography, gadgets (cameras, ipods, PSP, you name it...haha), shopping, snow, rollercoasters, PSP & DS, Thai massages ^_^Dislikes: Rude people, liars, cocky people, fruits (again, really), rare to medium-rare steak (I prefer my steak well done...go ahead, hate all you want! haha :p), insects (especially butterflies...yea, I'm weird like that), drama (absolutely CANNOT stand it), and shallow peeps
