I’m originally from Canada, a place where it gets very cold in the winter time with minimal summer. At the tender age of two my mother moved me to the land of the free, United States that is and that’s where I first understood my life as it came to be. I came from a big family which is which is divided up between Canada, Jamaica and the U.S. I’ve spent most of my childhood getting into trouble and not really taking life as serious as I should have. The end result was my mother moving me back to Canada in hopes of making something positive of my life. I enjoyed playing all type of sports from volleyball, track-n-field to basketball...that is until I hit high school. I was always a teenager whose mind stayed in the clouds and dreamt of one day being in the spotlight. Between the ages of 14-17 I was dancing and singing every chance I could. I knew all the lyrics and all the dance moves to every song in my music genre. My favorite was “Are You That Somebody”, by Aaliyah. I even kept a binder filled with info on every popular singer out in the 90’s, go figure. While most kids hung out early school mornings, I was the one in the library learning what ever I could on music. After being blessed with a wonderful daughter in 2001, my interest switched over to modeling and I fell in love with the idea of being made up, taking photos and being in the spotlight. In 2006 I made plans to move back to Florida in hopes of pursuing my dreams in the land of opportunity. I’ve always lived my life based on; “DRIVE + DETERMINATION = SUCCESS! If you’re not driven to pursue your dreams, it’s just not going to happen. You have to have that determination and believe in yourself, or else no one else will. I also believe in, “Never envy or grudge someone for what they have”. What they have accomplished in life you can easily accomplish, all you need is to have the right frame of mind. Always surround yourself with positive people, for they are the true one’s to help bring out your inner being. I KEEP MY FAITH IN GOD for w/o him none of positive experiences in life would have been possible.
