Those of you lucky enough to have caught Palm on their recent Australian tour would have witnessed one of the Japan's finest heavy metal bands... their hardcore/stoner crossover stands heads and shoulders above most of what's going down within the genre, echoing Mastodon's mountain sized riffs, Unsane's unhinged metallic pummel and an eerie atmosphere you would expect had Neurosis been birthed in the land of the rising sun.
