Music (pop and rock), art, fashion, dance, design, fitness.....many, many things...other people are very interesting, as long as the don't have too many severe personality disorders....
Einstein, Jesus, Ric Ocasek...lol...
Ric Ocasek, The Cars, Roxy Music, Sondre Lerche, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix...the list is endless....I'm currently enjoyed the band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, The Hong Kong, The Magic Numbers and THE KILLERS!! (Love "Sam's Town.) Also, anxiously awaiting Sondre Lerche's new release "Random Punch" on Feb. 6 in the USA.
Many, many, many including Sunset Blvd., Office Space, Napoleon Dynamite....anything with Adrien Brody....
Project Runway, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, BATTLESTAR GALLACTICA (FRACK, FRACK, FRACK!!!!!!!!!!)
I read mostly biographies of artists, musicians, or strong and powerful women. Possibly my favorite fiction writer is Capote. (Although "In Cold Blood" was not fiction, and beautifully written.) Right now, I'm reading David McCullough's late '60's non-fiction piece on the Johnstown Flood. I've always been fascinated about this national disaster, as I'm a Pennsylvanian from birth and have ancestors from this area.
Batgirl, Wonderwoman, The Bionic Woman....all kidding aside, my everyday heros are my friends and family who strive to be decent, kind people and who make the world a better place just by being in it. Also, I'm heavily impacted by artists'and muscians'work, so although I don't know if these people are heros to me they certainly are a major source of inspiration and strength. I'm currently looking for heros.
