Mandy Harris (Mini M)

About Me

I have a great love and appreciation for all things creative and more than anything I love to sing. At 5'1", and 6st 10Ib, I call myself MiniM, but those that have heard me in the flesh tend to say that I have a voice that looks like it belongs to another body.Over the years I have developed and re-developed my voice and have discovered that the best singing technique that I know is the next one that I will learn.I have ups and downs and struggles, but ultimately I know that God is awesome and it is for him and about him that I sing. My desire is to be a professional backing vocalist as well as establishing 'Liberty Arts Centre'.I need to get a proper recording up on this site. Hopefully something live recorded. Can't beat a live vibe. But for now, please bare with what's here, whilst I sort my life out and become a more proactive songwriter etc again.

I love soul, motown and gospel.Artists that I like: Stevie, Lauryn, Kirk Franklin, Prince, Fred Hammond
Sounds Like: I don't think I sound like anyone else, but various people will probably have opinions on who they think I sound like. But generally speaking I think my voice and writting is quite unique.

Confessions of a lazy songwritter

I'm currently reflecting, wondering how come time has flown by so quickly. It seems that whilst in some ways I have grown and moved forward in many other ways I feel that I have remained still. I was...
