I've been working in the field of music since 2003. My first stint was working as Label Manager at Distinctive Records from 2003 to 2006. During my time at Distinctive I worked with a number of artists including Hybrid, Way Out West, Dub Pistols, Chris Coco, ILS and Todd Terry.
In May 2006 I moved to TuneTribe as the Label Manager for the then recently formed TT Recordings. Artists signed to TT Recordings included Sugardaddy (Tom Findlay from Groove Armada and Tim Hutton who has worked with artists such as Ian Brown, The Prodigy, Groove Armada plus many more) and The Romance who have recently disbanded. Since January 2006 TT Recordings has been very quiet and as a result I personally moved into other areas.
Despite working for a number of companies I have always done some consultancy work on the side. Clients that I have consulted for include The Four Seasons, Ogilvy, Motorola China plus a number of artists including MJ Cole, ILS and Hybrid.
In May 2007 I set up Pocket Rocket Music Ltd which is a Music Consultancy and Publishing Company. The publishing side of Pocket Rocket Music Ltd is administered by the Bucks Music Group. In 2007 I signed four artists and worked on a handful of projects. 2008 promises to be a big year for Pocket Rocket Music Ltd with more artists being signed and a whole host of projects in the pipeline.
