About Me

I've had a few comments back from people who've read my profile, but still aren't clear about what I actually do. How's this?
I work with professionals and small business owners who feel scattered and overwhelmed by all of the demands of their professional and/or personal life to help them get clear, focused and on track so that they can achieve their goals and get home in time for dinner. Together we create a plan for them to achieve find success and happiness faster than ever before.
Life Path Number 22
Your purpose in life is to use your power for good.
Of all the life paths, yours has the most innate power.
Your power lies in your vision, and you must recruit others to help you in this vision.
You are able to be a great idealist, but you still have the practicality to get things done.
In love, you tend to be a big romantic - but you also tend to keep your distance.
You have a lot of potential, and it's sometimes hard to live up to.
Sometimes you just feel like slipping into obscurity and doing nothing.
You tend to be prone to dramatic emotions, until you step back and look at things honestly. What Is Your Life Path Number?

Eis forExpressive What Does Your Name Mean? *~* "His track record is impressive." London Evening Standard *~* "[Adie] is so intoxicatingly powerful. Answers seem to come easily, things happen for [him] with little effort." Deborah Peters, Legislative Chair for California Association of Mortgage Brokers *~* "During the time I was coached by Adie, I got to know him pretty well. The coaching was a load of things: considerate, considerately pushy (where required), irritatingly insightful and focused, if I went off track he gently pulled me back and remind me what I needed or had promised to do." Mark Woods, Managing Director, Statius Management Services Ltd *~* "Adie thrived as deputy chief executive of a national not for profit organisation. His dedication, clarity of vision, amiability and professionalism led to his success. He developed excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels. When he eventually became a freelance consultant, his incisive insight is what was so impressive. Though this is what you might choose to use a consultant for, in many cases they fall short of the mark. Adie is bang on target." Thomas Lawson, Head of Marketing, NAM, the HIV information charity *~* "I love [Adie's] "BS detector". He just gives that certain look that brings you right back to reality. Cool!" David Hagen, Strategy Consultant, United Nations, Geneva, Switzerland *~*
You Are Cyclops
Dedicated and responsible, you will always remain loyal to your cause.
You are a commanding leader - after all, you can kill someone just by looking at them.
Power: force beams from your eyes Which of the X-Men Are You? *~* "Adie appears to have the natural, effortless ability to exude soft and gentle peace. He draws people to him. How does he do seemingly so little and yet create so much?"
Amanda Hughes, Management Development Director, Gala Group *~* Pen Picture... Many people have their 'they'. People who tell them they can't do this, or they'll never amount to that, or they shouldn't (or should) do the other. And there are - even now - messages all around us that reinforce the notion that people ought to remain in their place and that only the few lucky or exceptionally talented (and lucky) can be successful, while the rest have to put up with mediocre, only living at the weekends... if they're lucky. My life calling is to help people evaporate the barriers that prevent them achieving the results they want. My passion and my joy is working with established and emerging leaders, to help develop their potential, so they can exceed their expectations and achieve their dreams. My trademark is my creativity, objectivity, kindness, challenge and an easygoing nature that hides a keen eye for detail that enables people to find elegant harmonious solutions. I've a wealth of experience gained working with the non-profit, public and commercial sectors, where I've enjoyed building relationships with a wide variety of types. While there are many people who have spent their entire careers as trainers or coaches, I have experience in leading teams and organisations to add to my training and coaching skills, giving me invaluable insight into organisational dynamics and politics. Now principle of Quiddity Solutions , I work with people from a wide range of sectors and industries and a variety of diverse backgrounds and am dedicated to transformation that creates success and happiness. I particularly enjoy working with leaders, emerging leaders and those who have been told they "can't". You can read about this in more detail by checking out Ecademy *~* *Dogs always seem so certain about everyting. Well trained dogs will be absolutely devoted to their owner, sure that they're the most important thing in the world and convinced about their one way of being. And my cousin the dog psychologist tells me it takes a big for them to change. Dogmatic. Cats on the other hand - if you're lucky - might let you stroke them, will come and sit on your lap if they feel like it and wander off, completely ignoring you when they don't. So, if you like me are Catmatic, give me a call. For a FREE, initial chat about how coaching will help you, do please make me a friend and drop me a message.*~* What they say... "Adie has an ability to see the whole situation. He understands the wheels of the organisation, 'If you do this here, it will affect that there, and that...' He does this in a way that helps you see and understand It, then gives you the credit. He's calm and approachable and when he smiles, you feel you could trust him with your life." Gabrielle Gaché, Managing Director, Power of Words *~* "I have found him to be a font of creativity, developing solutions for all kinds of issues. For me the proof of his skill and the infectious enthusiasm he has for coaching and training others can be found in the high regard his clients and co-workers hold him in. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adie for any situation where tact, sensitivity and the ability to inspire are key requirements." Sten Cummins, Trainer, Coach, Co-Author of 'Habit Busting' *~* "Adie maintains a sense of contagious calmness - which keeps him "ahead of the now" in all situations; even the most hectic. He has a unique charm of standing back and taking everything in, whilst still keeping his finger on the pulse and a great sense of humour and a personable approach. Adie knows people - how they work, how to help them change and how to make them feel good. And he gets results. I have seen him slickly remove someone’s deep routed fear of spiders in a matter of minutes and completely open up the potential of that person’s life. Yet he is pleasantly humble with his successes and continues to learn and develop." Michelle Loughney, Director, Fetch Ltd *~* "Working with Adie helped me to focus on the positive qualities that I have and has made me realise that I have something valuable to offer in all aspects of my life. One of my problems was stress and he showed me techniques that help to combat it. His relaxed and calming manner is something that I now feel I have the ability (and a strategy) to achieve my goals." Rochelle Symons *~* "Your commitment and enthusiasm towards helping me overcome my public speaking phobia is something I'll always remember… I've worked with other trainers… This was totally different!" Sheila Burton, Royal & Sun Alliance *~* "Adie gives that certain quality of attention that changes people. His apparently easygoing personality hides a fine eye for the part of the problem that needs tapping, to change the whole system. His true humanity coupled with both his enormous talent for getting on with people and his wicked sense of humour - always aiming at the heart of the matter - means he knows how to lead you to look at an issue, gently challenge your perspective and get to the 'ahha!' without apparently doing much at all." Andrew Lightheart, Founder and Director, Afrael *~* "I've chosen to work with Adie a number of times over the years. He has a great talent for getting very different types of people together and enabling them to create great things and this marvellous ability to see the 'wood from the trees'." James Newsome MBA (Wharton) *~* "I didn't think it was possible for me to stop smoking. I really did want to but could just never quite do it. I owe my health, wealth and actually my longevity of life to Adie. It is impossible to say thank you enough. By 'eek 'e's good!" Laura Ryan, HR Director *~* "This was certainly one of the best management events we have had - the groups worked very well and the whole experience was positive and enjoyable. I thought it was a total success... The best management awayday yet!" "Senior Manager", Port of Tilbury (London) Ltd *~* "Adie is an exceptionally honest, direct person and a clear communicator. He is persistent and will continue to offer support and follow up recommendations when he may meet resistance or reluctance from the other person. Adie has sincerity and integrity and inner reserves of strength and vitality and I have no hesitation in recommending him." Jane Scott, Knowledge Director and Acting Head, London Sustainability Exchange *~* "It is due to his significant assistance that I gained a realisation that I can effect positive change in the world. He is an outstanding example to be emulated as regards courtesy and focus." George Cocker, Barrister-at-Law, Independent Consultant in business communication, Lecturer in law *~* "One session together, but the effect was profound! Great exploration and then reinforcement that the decisions I had taken were right. I have renewed conviction." Glyn Heald, Service Director, Four Square Division of MARS G.B. *~* "Comparing myself to three months ago, I am now unrecognisable. My sales figures have more than quadrupled; I have a new car, lots of bonus and a pay rise. Adie must take a lot of credit for that. The whole experience was completely different to anything I've ever done before. I cannot impress on anyone enough how it has helped me develop my communication skills and my ability to read people and influence them. With the excellent coaching, everything I have learned has become second nature. In addition, this has had knock-on benefits way beyond my professional life." Pete Brownley, Senior Construction Consultant, The Works *~* "When I started the company had a sales force of three. By the start of the second month of coaching I was the only sales person. By the end of the third month of coaching, we enjoyed the best ever month on record! Woooho!" Rob Barton, Sales Director, LesterSyberSolve *~* "Since working with Adie, I have been promoted within a specialist sector within my company (360million turnover 03-04) where I will be looking after specialist accounts (key accounts with turnover from 100k to 1 million a year). I believe the experience and the guidance I have had with Adie not only helped me to this position, but will give me a lot of confidence in managing this account base in the future. I would recommend Adie to anyone or any company that asked my opinion. Last, but by no means least, Adie taught me 'That selling should be FUN'." Paul Zaveckas, Visual Key Account Manager, THE *~* "Adie's coaching can only be described as changing my life in terms of both my performance in my professional role and, surprisingly, also in my social life. He pushed me out of my comfort zone to help me realise my full potential. Adie was friendly and open to comments but, more importantly, I now feel confident and comfortable over the phone as well as face-to-face. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Adie to anybody who has an open mind and is willing to leave their comfort zone to achieve FANTASTIC results, no matter what your role is." Jamie Brook, Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant, The Works UK Ltd. *~* "You draw people out - your "active listening" made me feel you were interested what I had to say" Heather D Kay, Director, major charge card company, New York, USA *~* "Thanks for saving me from going on a long trip and allowing me to realise that the answer was inside of me all along. Your fantastic questioning provided a map, a short cut and a torch to guide me in the night to an answer that I kept missing. "X truly does mark the spot, Adie and Quiddity Solutions are the X." Patrick Stockhausen, Director of Taking Stock, ITV television presenter, Bristol, England *~*
