Roses are Red, Violets are Velure, Captivating all of natures intended Allure. Violet Velure's force of nature has cross pollenated from the midwest to its current location in Los Angeles. Once an underground basement project, that weaves a collection of ideas, inspirations, and creations into a fabric all its own. The foundation of Violet Velure is the artistic perspective of Terri Krizan. She has embraced the challenges of creating, producing, promoting and performing music driven by her spirit. Once a familiar face in the Grand Rapids, Michigan music scene, Terri immersed herself in constructing bands that were innovative, combining visual media and sampling as a backdrop for their unique sound. Her growth and experience, flirting with various genres of music and degrees of success, inspired her to follow her heart; uprooting her out of Michigan and leading her straight to California. Still contributing to the success of various group projects, Terri began the emotional journey of writing and recording an intimate project all her own. Luring listeners with the ambient rock sounds of a siren that pulsate in your ears. Time tabled guitars and bass that command your attention are planted nicely into the plush rythms and beats. Driving vocals which sooth and soar within each song, invites listeners to join her on this voyage, exploring the raw and the real.
