About Me

The Old Money Honeys are the newest of the three Providence Roller Derby teams. They are debutantes and royalty from Newport who have traded their tennis rackets for roller skates. These etiquette school graduates are eager to bring shame to their family names while staining their cashmere cardigans.
It's almost that time of year folks, where argyle socks and pleated tennis skirts are all the rage. This year the Old Money Honeys will take daddy's money an mummy's attitude and wipe the concrete with the competition. OMH represent ladies. Wear your pearls.

Interested in joining Providence Roller Derby? Providence Roller Derby is a flat-track, all female, skater owned and operated DIY league. Started in the summer of 2004, PRD consists of 3 local teams; Mob Squad, Sakonnet River Roller Rats and the newly formed Old Money Honeys - who were the 2006 season champions! While in season, our bouts take place in downtown Providence, at Kennedy Plaza in Rhode Island. We are currently recruiting new skaters, refs, and volunteers!
