DJ Switch bildet mit den vier anderen DJs die Lionkingz-DJ Crew, bei der er seit 2000 die Platten dreht. Seine DJ Karriere hat er im Jahre 1997 begonnen und ist seit 2001 Resident in Zürichs grösstem Club, dem X-tra. Zusammen mit der Lionkingz-DJ Crew hat er unzählige Clubs in der ganzen Schweiz wie auch im angrenzenden Ausland (München, Paris) beschallt und dazu auch verschiedene Mixtapes und CDs released. Während seines Aufenthaltes in Shanghai/China zwecks Diplomarbeit, war er sogar in mehreren Clubs engagiert und war u.a. Resident-DJ im hottest HipHop Club von Shanghai. Ein weiteres fortführendes Angebot für Resident-DJ nahm er dann aber dann trotzdem nicht an, da er den Schweizerkäse und die Schoggi so vermisste und wieder zurückkehren wollte ;-). Er versteht es durch Kombination von Skillz und gutem Musikgeschmack die Partycrowd zum kochen zu bringen. Er ist u.a. für die französische Musik in der DJ-Crew zuständig und hat daher schon für diverse französische, wie auch international bekannte Künstler, die Afterparty gerockt. Neben der Lionkingz-DJ Crew ist er als DJ bei der zürcher Hip-Hop Gruppe Wortluut für die Cuts und die Live-Auftritte zuständig.

DJ Switch, half swiss half french who was born in Zurich a while ago, forms with the four other DJ’s the legendary Lionkingz-DJ Crew, well known for their mixtapes and afterpartys. The prefix “legendary” is not exagurated, because they have been in the business for over 10 years and are resident dj’s in the biggest club of zurich (x-tra) since 2001 and won the swiss award for the best party dj’s in 2001. Together with the other lionkingz, dj switch has played in almost every club in switzerland and even in the boardering countries germany (munich) and france (paris). While studying in shanghai/china in 2006 he was djing in different clubs, was resident dj at guandii in nov/dec 06 and got an offer for resident dj in another club (which he didn’t agreed, because he missed swiss cheese and chocolate so much ?).DJ Switch and his crew are standing for an excellent combination of dj-skillz and good choice of music and people normally leave the party with a big smile on their face. He has released several mixtapes, e.x. the french tape “écoute ça” and therefore rocked all the afterpartys for the french superstars like IAM, Saian Supa Crew, etc., and together with his crew for the illustrious names like Kanye West, NaS and many more. references
