Demand ROADDAWGZ with Eventful!The hip-hop group the Road Dawgz is the next hottest thing to come out of Arizona. This two man duo consist of Evertt Hereford 23, and Elbert Hereford 26 better known to the AZ streets as Psalm and Searz Towerz. These two brothers have been burning up the Phoenix, Arizona rap scene since 1997 after the clash of the rise in gang violence and appeal of the urban street life came to a head with a love for music and a need to speak out about the on going but seemingly unknown hip hop culture of the southwest. After seven years of early interest and communication from major labels such as Columbia The Road Dawgz decided to perfect this hobby and pursue rap and hip hop professionally.For the last two years The Road Dawgz have been solidifying themselves as pillars of the Arizona hip-hop underground. After years of headlining shows and recording local classics the arrival of such mediums as My Space gave these local known un-knowns a national stage and a global intercom. Like many first time listeners Renee of A&R Connections herd this groups electrifying sound and saw there commercial appeal on myspace.com and invited them to audition for the September 9th A&R Showcase.The Road Dawgz are not looking for a label to make them stars, they are already stars and ready to prove it. With the recent filming of their début video for “Rock That,” the electric live performances in front of crowds ranging from hundreds at local clubs to thousands at special engagement this group is a sure bet for success.
