Alexxs

Alexxs is a 15 year-old artistic phenomenon, on her way to fulfilling her dream as a Pop/Rock artist. She is not a fan of categories, but states that the genre mixture is fitting because the songs she performs are popular, soul filled, and sometimes edgy. Her style varies, as does the selection of her favorite artists: FeFe Dobson, Alicia Keys and Mariah Carey. A confident Alexxs says, “I realize I have a long way to go and I’m willing to work hard and give 200%, because music is my life”. Her destiny was realized at an age when most girls were playing with baby dolls and singing nursery rhymes. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and has had a unique flair for singing since she was 3 years-old when she stunned an audience at a pageant by not singing a nursery rhyme like, “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star”, but instead she belted out the theater version of “Castle on a Cloud”. On that day a star was born. She loved being in pageants because she was intrigued with performing. Like most little girls, she liked dressing up, but when she performed, she was in a world of her own and those pink can-can dresses didn’t mean a thing.Alexxs was born to entertain and mesmerize audiences with her unique style, melodic tone and vocal maturity. Her presence will embrace the ever-changing world of music with such greatness, that her youth of 15 years will appear obsolete. She continues performing and perfecting her talents as a complete artist. This rising musical icon has recently performed at Skye, a ritzy dinner club, in north Phoenix, Arizona and at The Sets in Tempe, Arizona.She has been in the studio with multi-talented producer and songwriter, Sylvia Bennett-Smith who has written and produced songs for artists, such as, Tyrese, Destiny Child, Heather Headley and the legendary, Gladys Knight Her debut album will be a masterpiece with songs like, “You Don’t Know Me”,” Daddy’s Girl”, "You're Different", and “One of Those Days”. With Bennett-Smith at the scope and Alexxs as the ammunition we watch for a bull’s eye in success.We are all in for a treat with what is to come from this young sensation.
