My name is Rachael, when people say hello its usually followed by a salute. What can i say? - I'm a bit of a geek - actually, lets be honest...a lot of a geek. I spend my days working as a freelance software developer and in my spare time appreciating music of various kinds, taking photographs, watching peep show, and staying on the right side of the law.
I was introduced to a little place called aberystwyth and its now my favourite place in all of Britain. You should visit - it makes you smile upon entrance. But dont go and get it all mucky with your dirty northern feet now i've told you about it.
I have been told i'm brutally honest, well i kow i am..it usually gets me into all sorts of trouble - but all i can say is sorry.
...sarcasm comes very easily and I take the piss like Andy Kaufman on a good day, or Chris Morris on a particularly shocking day...(i have my father to thank for that).
'Pikey mouth' is a nickname i'd like to get rid of by the time i'm 30, but can't see it happening thanks to Alex, (who has a habit of calling me pyramid face...i have no clue why)
My short term goals are to worry less, about work, money and boys. If we're predicting future ambitions...I would like to start a record label (who doesnt?) and win some awards for my software...ahem - we'll see if that ever happens. Here's my showreel if you're interested Showreel
Please give me new music to listen to - to become obsessed with - and eventually get dusty at the back of my ipod. Tell me about new bands that i might like - remixes and electronic beats that might tickle my fancy. Tell me if i'm becoming blinkard - shake me out of my blinkardness with something new (preferably something disco-funk and transgender related)
I have also been known to answer my phone 'Beep! Beep! - Yes, Computer helpline...how may i assist you?' - as i'm the resident technician of all things geeky.

If you're in a band and your good then great! If you're in a band that aren't that good - then get out and make way for people who are better....and incidentally, dont whinge about it...oh and also sell your equipment on ebay so i can buy it at a knock down price. Preferably a keytar or stylophone.
