Those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who actually do.

About Me

I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian and I'm studying Math Education at Pacific Union College. I'm an Argentinean-American and my heritage is a big part of my life -- so much so that I enrolled in River Plate University (Universidad Adventista del Plata) in Argentina for a year to work on my Spanish skills.
I LOVE MUSIC. Singing gets me all worked up and excited, and playing handbells drives me wild too :). When I had more time, I was taking voice and piano lessons and I like to be very involved in music programs. I dream of some day making a music cd with some friends. I am presently undergoing a solo music project . Some of my big heroes are The Real Group , Rajaton , and The Idea of North .
I LOVE OLD VIDEO GAMES! NES and Super NES are my two systems: that's what I grew up on. Nintendo 64, not so much. Games since have started getting more involving and take too much dedication for my liking. I stood in line for nine hours to purchase a Nintendo Wii on launch day -- mostly for the feature that lets me download old games ;). My favorite games are the original Zelda for NES and Tetris Attack for Super NES. I love puzzle games. I'd love to play you Tetris, Dr. Mario, Bust A Move, Wario's Woods -- any of those any day :).
I LOVE BOARD GAMES! I'm really into board games and card games, and I really think they're great ice breakers at social gatherings. You just get together and play a game, and you can carry some casual conversation over the game, or stay silent if you like, and you really get to know each other as you play. I love anything involving strategy. I'd like to play more Chess and get better at that.
I LOVE JIGSAW PUZZLES! I make an art out of building jigsaw puzzles. I'm still a bit of a novice; I've only built one puzzle of 3000 pieces and it was my springboard into this hobby. Since then I've really enjoyed those between 500 and 1000 pieces, and I've built some difficult ones like an "I-Spy" of marbles and a photomosaic of Homer Simpson daydreaming of a donut. I think building puzzles can be a great group activity :).
I write and record original music.
I like to journal.
I have a facebook.
