look, people. i've read books in my life. books about plenty of things, but its the stuff about quantum physics and fractals and all that that both intrigue me and trouble me. because they make perfect sense but at the same time, i have to acknowledge, they leave me wondering what reality IS.
i can stay up FOR DAYS wondering what applesauce would taste like if what we call apples were exactly the same as an apple except they tasted the same as a pear. because if apples taste like pears, what would pears taste like? and would pearsauce be tastier than applesauce? i mean, the whole balance is skewed. a banana might taste like a tomato, and...
i guess what i'm trying to say is that people are always trying to make sense out of life. but why? at its very core nature our entire existance hangs on a precarious edge, the atoms that make up every cell of our "living" bodies are as dead as a stone, the electrons orbiting them have a curious ability to transverse the entire universe in a singularity, to be present in EVERY ATOM IN THE UNIVERSE AT THE SAME TIME! the only sense our world makes is that it doesn't make any sense at all. and that's the best even stephen hawking could tell you. my answer? stop trying.
