The Mashers

I Wanna Have Sex With Satan!

About Me

Mahsers bio from 1997 to 2003: The Mashers formed in August 1995 formed as a three piece, brought out of the ashes of former local bands to create a new sound for the locals to choke on. More or less a reaction to the latest "Alternative Nation" and lameness in the scene, The Mashers brought a certain quality to the so called "scene." With the influences of Venom, John Lee Hooker, ACDC, Black Sabbath, MC5, early WHO, any Motown group, Lord High Fixers, and The Stooges they blazed for the past 5 years changing and revamping the sound, each time coming out sounding better. The live show is what makes the Mashers "Chicago's secret rock n roll weapon." Not only will the Mashers get youre un-movable ass dancing but they will show you its not too late to free your soul. Each show, from beginning to end, contains a full barage of loud destruction and feel, soul and power, fun and freedom! The band now consisting of a whole new sound as a five piece band, they fullfill every show goers needs. Freedom to move about and get fucking down! After 10 years the Mashers still stand with no huge exposure. The band grows more aware of its anger, pushing them into a direction of strength and soul. The band is fueled by Young Lions Conspiracy and as time goes on the Mashers will not and do not plan on falling for the "alternative nations" ploys. Always strong, the Mashers fucking rock.
UPDATE: The Mashers are no longer a band. This pile of shit we call "Earth" no longer deserves rock'n'roll like The Mashers. You kinda feel like your right to rock was revoked huh? Well that just may be since rock'n'roll will never see the likes of The Mighty Mashers again. Maybe someday, you'll get that right back. Until then, go fuck yourself!
