Overflow are best Croatian indie punk rock band and one of the most successful bands coming from teritory of ex Yugoslavia. Energetic, powerful and supreme live performances, good sense of humour, joyful and dancing concert atmosphere and more then 1000 concerts around the Europe created their reputation of genuine concert attraction.
They started playing as teenagers in 1990. and soon were solding clubs all over Europe. Many could not believe that such young band from small country can play such powerful music. Praised by critic and public, they were wunderkinders phenomena. They released five full lenght albums "Through Department Store", "Dorothy", "Extremely perverted fantasies of the mad milkmans disordered mind", "Unbreastfed 69" and "Live" at...parties", split cd "Get off my spot" in France with Seven Hate, a number of singles and compilations with Nofx, NoMeansNo, Bambix, Over it, MDC, The Ex...Two albums were recorded in Amsterdam in coopertaion with Mr. Zlaya who had worked with Sonic Youth, Tortoise, The Ex, Zion Train, Green Lizards etc...
On several european tour they played in France, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Macedonia, Serbia etc......in great clubs such as Paradiso in Amsterdam, Roxy in Prague... They performed at big european festivals: Frequency (A), Exit festival (SER), Fontenay le Compte (F), Popkomm (D), Hodokvas (SK), Woodrock (A), RegiON Live (HU) and at bigest festival in Croatia and Slovenia: Radar festival, Spancirfest, TrnFest, Dirty Old Festival, Njoki Summer Festival, Art & Music, Viva La Pola, Diskonnection, Pannonian Challenge....
Overflow played with great bands like Pixies, Beastie Boys, Queens of the stone age, NoMeansNo, Beatsteaks, New Bomb Turks, Placebo, Kaiser Chiefs, The Bell Rays, Les Thugs, Donots, MegaCity4, No Use For A Name, DOA, CSS, Dead Moon, Burning Heads, Posion Idea, Urge Overkill, Yuppicide, Boo Radleys...

Overflow made eight music videos that, apart from the one for the song “Dorothy”, were produced and directed by the band itself."Dorothy" was first real Croatian music video, big international hit broadcasted all over the world and first Croatian video broadcasted on MTV International. There are many controversies about their videos: they made two double videos; "Sun is wearing suit of badges" was forbidden for public broadcasting on Croatia television; "She wants to be a man" is known as first video ever filmed with Röntgen rays camera.
