Ignite started in 1993 as an idea to bring back the melodic west coast hardcore sound to a metallic influenced scene. Ignite put out their first 7 inch and starting touring the world in 1994. Three releases in Europe and another four releases worldwide has emphatically established Ignite in the punk and hardcore scene. In 2006 Ignite released their greatest achievement to date "Our Darkest Days" . Tours will continue globally.
