Anything, I got like a new friggin' hobby every week and I'm very unconventional compared most women when it comes to my intrests ... I refinish trunks, furniture, and other old things ... Working with my hands is one thing I enjoy doing ... I love all things photography, and I'm fully involved in shooting sports ... I've been shooting for 15 years and competitively shooting for 12 (I've gone national twice) ... I come from an outdoors family so anything outdoor related, I'm game ... I HATE all things professional sports, especially Basketball and Football (I hate every pretentious thing about the two sports) ... However, I looove my twinkies :) Win TWINS ... I cannot convey into words, my love for baseball ... I love the sights, the sounds, the smells, and the comraderie between the fans ...
I don't discriminate on the people I meet ... It's the following weeks after when they turn out to be a total douche-bag when I start discriminating ...
My Music:
Music doesn't always define my mood ... For the most part, if I like a song there's some musical quality I like about it ... I can hear the words of a song, but I don't always analyze them like typical people ... I guess to me they're just another instrument ... I'm so all over the place with my likes and dislikes, you'd swear I was on crack ...
Anything (MPR, K102, KQ92, KOOL108, Cities97, 93X, KS95, KDWB, B96, JackFM, and Drive 105) ... I enjoy a good symphony, and I'm a cronic station surfer ... I hate commercials and songs that suck. If I have to leave one on, it would be "Drive 105," they play all the best lesser known music before it gets picked up by the mainstream stations, eventually leading to the overplay, molestation, and eventual demise of once good songs ...
King Pin, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Napoleon Dynomite, I Am Sam, I Robot, Spanglish, Edward Scissorhands, 40 Year Old Virgin, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation, Cookies Fourtune, Blues Brothers, The Big Lebowski, Radio Days, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Shawshank Redemption, Original Star Wars Trilogy, The Green Mile, Super Troopers, Beerfest!, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Raising Arizona, Sweetest Thing, Saved †, Lucky Number Slevin, The Great Escape, Stigmata, Tank Girl, Grosse Point Blank, Swordfish, SLC Punk, Radio, and Joe Dirt are just a few of the movies that made my "all time favorite" list ... I enjoy a good off beat comedy, Kung Fu, anything John Wayne/Clint Eastwood/Steve McQueen/Kevin Smith/Robert Rodriguez ... I love westerns and older action flicks. Modern action flicks as of late are letdowns. I avoid chick flicks with a passion and I avoid horror flicks that are billed as "The best horror flick of all time." When they're written up that way it usually means they suck hardcore, otherwise I would love horror flicks (Freddy's my man)...If you ever want to scare the bejesus out of me, take me to a movie involving "aliens." After "Signs" and "War of the Worlds" it was very hard for me to sleep alone the following week ... Something about alien beings, hell bent on the destruction of the human race freaks the shit out of me ...
Simpsons, reruns of Star Trek: TNG, old school Doctor Who, King of the Hill, Family Guy, CSI (Las Vegas), Mad TV, Reno911!, Everybody Hates Chris, My Name is Earl, Modern Marvels, Mythbusters, American Chopper, American Hotrod, OverHaulin', Deadliest Catch, Flip This/That House, Designed to Sell, Buy Me, Moving Up, Freestyle, DIY To The Rescue, Iron Chef, Wonder Showzen, Robot Chicken, Red Green, This Old House, Mysteries of the Dead, Nova, Nature, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Dr. 90210, South Park, The Girls Next Door, MXC, Nip/Tuck (a very fucked up show, I might add) ...
Home Invasion: Protecting Your Family in a Culture That's Gone Stark Raving Mad, How to Spot a Bastard by His Star Sign, anything Hunter S. Thompson, and Harry Potter (yeah I'm a nerd)...
Idolizing people leads to disappointment these days ... But you can never go wrong w/someone like my brother.
He left for Iraq this past August ... He didn't complain, he never cursed his president, he didn't run away to Canada ... He knew what was involved when he signed up, and he didn't think twice when he had to leave his wife and two baby girls behind ...
