About Me

pYzam , Look at these other Layouts!
I'm in my 20s. Working in a tiny town in the Northern part of the Kansas City Metro area. Not exactly where I thought I'd end up. I'm currently trying to move on. Have a couple prospects, but in policing, it takes forever to get hired anywhere. This town has been great to me, however, I need a better job if I ever want a decent car, house ect.I'm always broke, but still am a happy person. Nothing really gets me down, when it does I'm fine a few hours later. No use getting worked up about things. If a problem needs to be solved, you solve it. Getting all mad just seems pointless to me. Plus, I have a wonderful girl, so that helps keep me balanced.I didn't think I'd get caught up in the myspace thing. But it's fun, I like checking out people's profiles seeing who knows who and what people are up to. I've ran across some people who I haven't seen for years. In my spare time, I like guns (which people think is weird because I'm the biggest Liberal you'll meet), football, tv, video games, the internet (w00t! 10-7.com). I tend not to go out much, but when I do, I love the to just cut loose. Never been arrested, but I feel having bail money is never a bad idea.In high school, I had my group of friends and I rarely ventured out of that. I still make few friends, but I tend to like everyone. I also enjoy public speaking and flirting , which is weird, 5 years ago I hated both. I only call a few people, but I know I can count on them to hang out, except all you bastards who think your "wife" and "kids" are more important then drinking with your boys :P________________________

My Interests

Law Enforcement, Chief's football, Guns, Flashlights, movies, the internet and every two years I love the Olympics, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, History, Legoes Geography, lots of other things really. I try to keep current on current events and politics, but it's hard sometimes. Basically, I'm the most random guy you'd ever met. My idea of a good time is setting myself on fire and jumping out of a plane. But I also think office supplies are cool and will spend 20 minutes picking out a pen at target.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who isn't a dirtbag. Maybe people like me....which would be scary if I found someone like me. But it would be an interesting experience. Other then that, anyone is fine. Seriously, people from Army, High School, College, any job I may have had, I wouldn't mind talking with some people I've lost contact with. Other cops are nice, also people of similar interest but I find it strange that I get friend requests from people in the police academy in like Alabama. But hey, whatever.

Music:

Rammstein, Metallica, Megadeth, Powerman 5000, Coal Chamber, Static-X, (the CDs without a child molester playing guitar), Slipknot, Black Stone Cherry, Hinder, Drowning Pool, Disturbed, Stone Sour, Subway to Sally. I also like 80s hair metal and the stuff I grew up on (the more 80s mainstream stuff). The (very) occasional country song is good, same with rap.

Movies:

All the Star Trek movies, Star Wars, Ladder 49, Patton, Old School, Anything Kevin Smith (even Jersey Girl had it's moments), Fight Club, Half Baked, Minority Report, Terminator 2, the Blade movies, Coming to America, Trading Places, SWAT, Dawn of the Dead, Master and Commander, more I can't think of right now. Comedies are probably the best, because with a comedy it can be a "bad movie", but still completely watchable.

Television:

Third Watch, Law and Order SUV, Star Trek, Mythbusters, My Name is Earl, South Park, Old Dragnet, Get Smart, Simpsons, Family Guy, King of Queens, American Dad, The Ultimate Fighter, Supernova, Reno 911, most stuff on the Science Channel, but that is slowly going the way of the Discovery Channel, (being poisoned by crappy car shows) Game shows I'm a sucker for a Game Show. Also been watching Prison Break lately.

Books:

Tom Clancy books, Star Trek novels, Archangel, Nimitz Class (and the Sequels), War of the Rats, Black Hawk down, The Dark Tower series, Salem's Lot, Scott Adams (his actual books along with the Dilbert Stuff). All kinds of non-fiction. Though in non-fictions, I like solid facts, I don't need some guy's opinion. Also now that I'm moving, I've found a ton more that I've read and enjoyed, far too many to list. I seriously have 12 good sized boxes filled with books.

Heroes:

I don't really have heroes. There are plenty of people I look up to and try to fellow their examples. But no hero worship.....except for maybe the fine people who work at the nations Burger Kings....you guys rock (except the one at 47th and troost, you guys kinda suck).
