Back in the year of 1996, Helder Malicia, gather with some fiends Antonio G., Ricardo B.,who share the same kind of ideas, and decide to put them in play. Gathering some other friends the band begun.
The name was Exsang, and under the roots of black metal, music was starting to flow.
But problems began in the core of the band, some weakness minds start to put "bad blood" in the band of course they where invited to go out. Others that join, tried to help in many ways and we are gratefull to them, but some personal problems or commitment with other bands where stronger, and they leave.
This in's and out's delay the band's evolution some years.
The band continue, rehearsing all the time and in 1999 a new fiend was welcome in the core, J.P who play the synth guitar.
But there was a main problem, the drums, we tried to find one that could play our music.
Appealling to the help of drum machine, the band continue reheasing and evolution in the sound was growing up, putting elements of death metal that merge with black metal and the deranged synth-guitar, the band creates an unique sound.
During that year, we found a drummer, that fit in the band's sound,Emidio R.
With the band's line up finally complete, the band decide to change the name too because we wan't to cut with some things of the past and of course the music that we play no longer fit in the old name, Disharmony's Den was the choice.
Disharmony's Den, play some gigs with other band's (Gallow, Oratory, Shadowsphere, Caedere,Shrapnel,Neoplasmah,Lotus Porkus,Blacksunrise, Formaldehyde, In tha Umbra,etc etc...) and record a mini-cd that is sold out.
During this time J.P was forced to leave the band , and we continued as a quartet and for some was the ultimate line up.
In 2004, Emidio Ramos leave the band, he married with an american girl and went to the USA, during this year the main vocals Antonio G, had a health problem that forced him to get out of the band for a time, and he was substitute by a friend of the band Nuno Campos for some gigs.
In the meantime the band in 2005 decide to put and end, for many reasons.
Some of Disharmony's Den members join other bands, for ex. Helder M. with The FirstBorn.In the end of the summer of 2005, the band reunited the original line up Helder Malicia, Ricardo Branco e Antonio G., the hunger for playing the deranged music was stronger, and we start to find others to complete the line up.
That line-up was complete when EmÃdio Ramos return from the U.S.A, and we invited Nuno Campos to divide the vocal part with António G. to create the most wicked vocals ever. Two work better that one.Actually Disharmony's Den is making new songs more deranged and wicked ever made in the world of death/black metal.
Soon it will be unleashed... ......Our veins are intoxicated by the morality of your world!
