I have traveled and lived abroad. Growing up as a son of a pilot allowed me, my brothers, and sisters the opportunity to jet across the country. But I hate the airlines... The flights are often late, or canceled. I never take anything on board with me yet I always get placed in the back of the aircraft so I have to wait for everyone else to retrieve their carry ons at the arrival gate.
I moved around allot. allot.. a llot... every three and a half years as it turned out. I joined the navy after high school, was stationed @ NAS Whidbey island, WA. Perfect time to be in Seattle during the grunge era. didn't go to war but at the time it was in my future, luckily desert storm ended. I am a Libra true and true, I like to kick back, I am very serious about my carrier but I take most things lightly. I can tell a story and a good joke, but I suck at writing. My friends say I talk allot.
Im an artist first and film maker second I love the aesthetic of film. I love the process of movie making. However camera's, lights, props, wardrobe, talent, direction, these are tools, not one element can be stronger than the other, all these departments have to come together as one to make the medium work. What inspires me is vision and the unreal. How can I take something so raw and make it believable using the tools and the creativity I have?
