It takes evolution to bring revolution...

About Me

Lead Vocalist for the experimental metal band, The Autimis, www.myspace.com/theautimis. With every project I'm ever in, I always take it with the greatest pride and never let anything stand in it's way. Keeps your eyes open for The Autimis, it won't be long before we're out there in full force. Aside from that huge ass plug of my band, I'm very loyal to the ones I love. I also love music, and am always buying CDs to constantly hear fresh or old talent. I subscribe to a few metal magazines and am always at concerts, so you can kinda get the hint that music is my life. I'm also a horror fiend and love collecting DVDs and I love video games as a hobby. Humor is my thing and for those who know me, know that I'm known for making many laugh, as I love to laugh as well. I'm also a realist and call like it is. Some people like that because they know no matter what the case, I'm gonna tell it like it is, be it against them or for them, and some people hate it because no matter what the case, I'm gonna tell it like it is, be it against them or for them. My take on that... "Who gives a fuck." The rest is up to you to figure me out. Tons of love to Tina (my alternate). This session on reflecting is over...

My Interests

The Autimis (my band), doing shows, hanging out with my friends, spending time with my alternate (you know who you are), going to concerts, tattoos, horror, CDs, DVDs, Video Games, anything else?

I'd like to meet:

Bands from the local scene... There's a lot of great bands out there and with those bands come some great people with original personalities. Introducing yourself to that can be refreshing...

Music:

I love all forms of metal, from Death to Black, to Prog, to Metalcore. I like some Hardcore. Going to concerts are great because you learn from the experienced and it gives you an idea of what things are like on a grand scale. Plus, it's great entertainment... The bands that are my strongest influences are All Shall Perish, Becoming The Archetype, From A Second Story Window, Raunchy, Caliban, In Flames, Heaven Shall Burn, and Dark Tranquility. From the local scene, great bands to check out or jam with because they're all kick ass on and off the stage are: Till We Die, Thy Will Be Done, Screams Of Erida, 3 Minute Theory, Discordia, Make It Bleed, Unscarred, Mr. Ect, Blackout Frenzy, Inner Self Lost, My Life Crisis, Product 62, Hell Within, Hypersolid, ((Breathe)), A Different Self, and Stoic. There's a few others that I may have not mentioned, but we know who you are and will support, there's just too many to name. Don't forget to check out my band, The Autimis www.myspace.com/theautimisMy equipment of choice is basically anything from Shure. They're great, and extremely durable. I have a few Shure SM58's that I've had for 5-6 years and they've been to hell and back, and they're still working like I bought them yesterday. My new favorite toy is Shure SM58 Beta

Movies:

Horror, Suspense, Thriller, B-Horror, Gorefest films, and Asian flicks. I highly recommend checking out any films from Tartan Asia Extreme, they are one of the best corporations that put out good movies rather then the everyday crap you tend to see. I also like a good war movie once in a while. Computer generated movies are kinda tit as well. Its hard to say what are my all-time favorites... There's too many that I like. I guess one's that stand-out in my head are The Exorcist, The Ring, The Grudge, Saving Private Ryan, and Scarface (but not because I think like a rapper where I'm Johnny Thuglife and to be "gangsta" I gotta love Scarface. It's one of my favorites because the story is intricate with killer twists and no one could've played Tony Montana better than Al Pacino.) Best mini-series is without a doubt, Band Of Brothers. If you like good, old school horror, try Night Of The Demons, or Return Of The Living Dead. If you hunger gore, check out Cannibal Holocaust or The Beyond. If getting your head to spin in circles is your thing, try The Audition or Ichi the Killer. If you dig movies that tell a good ghost story, check out A Tale Of Two Sisters or Phone. If you're looking for something that just makes you go, "What the fuck?" Try Visitor Q.

Television:

I never watch TV, except when I'm hanging out with my bro Chris and he tortures me with Seinfeld or Law and Order SVU.The only Show I watch that I think is killer, could be none other than The Shield. 4 Seasons in and that show still has me interested...Of course we can never forget Family Guy... Best cartoon in all existence.

Books:

I don't really care to read books. It sounds bad, but I really only cater to magazines of my personal interests.Graphic Novels are pretty kick ass too...

Heroes:

Heroes... Hmmm... I only follow inspiration. My inspiration was my dad who was in a band and got me hooked into music. He was a singer and bass player. My band, they're all great people... I love them for allowing me to express myself in our band and I love their drive and that lets me know I always have to be at my best for they strive to be the best themselves.
