Urban Renaissance - because all things change.

About Me

Music by blood, artist by choice. I always tell people that after the touring and recording is over (can an artist REALLY admit that music careers DO end eventually?) I am still going to be a fan of music. This is what I do and I do it as often as I can. I've got degrees in music, yes. I've performed in three continents, yes. I have a long list of names to drop when people want to play the "Who have YOU worked with" game, yes. But what means the most to me is having lots and lots of experience creating music, and I am always looking to advance further in the complexity of my development. So it is with great pride that I am currently promoting "Urban Renaissance," my solo release (www.dashiek.com). The goal is simple, and the motivation is clear: I aim to expose my art to as many people that will accept it. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to expose some of my music to you here, stay in touch!
