Emerging from Bell Gardens, Ca, a group of passionate musicians brought a variety of distinct ideas and musical backgrounds to form, what is now known as, TRANSBRUTAL. Formed in April of 2006, these five individuals have managed to grab the uprising attention of musically inclined listeners and audiences. The band consists of Five Members who captures the essence of Experimental Metal throughout their own unique sense of style. By combining varying contrasting elements, they hope to achieve a higher and more interesting sound for the audience. Mixes of harsh and heavy Bass and Drums accompany the mesmerizing and brutal screams of a Black Metal influenced vocalist. The combinations of technical and symphonic aspects throughout the use of guitars bring a touch of Melody to the music. Transbrutal is not labeled as any particular music genre, the composure of our music does come from many influences such as Children of Bodom, 3 Inches of Blood, System Of A Down, Metallica, The Black Dahlia Murder, Cradle of Filth, and Iron Maiden.
Harry, on Vocals, seems to always impress a crowd by ejecting such a strong and powerful voice, empowering the full texture of the unique sound Transbrutal creates. Michael, on Bass, never ceases to play new creative sounds and catchy solos that bring an up-rising to the complimentary, thunder-like, thumps of Jabba's potent sounds on the Drums. With keen sharp precision and illuminative imagination, Josh, on Lead Guitar, seems to pump up a crowd for being so young, yet so skilled at dominating his instrument. Oscar, on Second Lead/Rhythm Guitar, brings fulfilling riffs and melodies in which brings the symphonic style into Transbrutal.
Regardless of harsh obstacles the band has faced, they have managed to proceed with the one common goal, Music. Transbrutal has played steadily throughout this past year, never turning down shows. Their appreciation for music and determination has given them the opportunity to share the stage with such artists as Transmetal, Sonata Arctica, Mike Guerrero “The Tapping Ninjaâ€, and Michel Angelo Batio. The band will continue to strive higher in order to achieve the goal in creating appealing and unique music that will leave its mark in the music industry. Transbrutal has big plans for 2007. So as we continue this great journey, we ask for your support in order to keep the wonderful art of music alive.
