About Me

-----------------------------------------------------

-----------------------------------------------------

I dig music and books and comics and art and just plain old geeking out. I love silly movies and horror movies are cool too. I write sometimes... no one's ever told me that I suck at it, so I'll assume I do ok. Other than that... well, I guess you'll just have to ask me.

I also enjoy making propaganda. Why? Because:
What Regiment of the Toy Soldiers do you belong to?
You are a Propagandist!
You've spend countless hours hacking news feeds, writing speeches, designing posters, drafting chant sheets all for the glory of the coming Utopia. Glad to see you have a numb butt from that computer chair for something.
Regardless of division, you have to join the Toy Soldiers, first.

There are stretches of my life that are not accessible to most of the rest of the human population. If you are really really really REALLY nice to me, I may tell you why.
Christmas Eve - New Years DayAre there more? Who knows?!? Only time will tell.

The list of things that I will regret when I am old and useless:
-only ever slow dancing twice
-never having gone to a real concert with anyone but my family
-never sending my lover flowers just because
-never crying for joy
-never making a mix tape with a meaning for someone
-never been sent flowers by a lover just because
-never helped anyone realize their dream
-never figuring out what I wanted to be when I grow up

I've also been told I can have an obsessive personality. I just reply that enjoy celebrating works of genius... when they star really hot space captains.

Your results:
You are Malcolm Reynolds (Captain) Malcolm Reynolds (Captain) 80% Zoe Washburne (Second-in-command) 70% Jayne Cobb (Mercenary) 70% Kaylee Frye (Ship Mechanic) 60% Wash (Ship Pilot) 55% Derrial Book (Shepherd) 50% Inara Serra (Companion) 40% Dr. Simon Tam (Ship Medic) 30% River (Stowaway) 30% Alliance 30% A Reaver (Cannibal) 20% Honest and a defender of the innocent.

adopt your own virtual pet!

My cat Mao... the only feline I know who rocks out as hard as I do.

My very own darling prince of princes... he understands what it means to truly love... and give... and he does both copiously, and it makes me ever so glad because of it.

My family. They've all gone through so much, and their stories amaze me every time I think about them. In particular, we have:
My Dad- A horrid divorce and piles of crap jobs until he realized his dream of playing in a band.
My Little Brother- Living through said divorce and the accompanying crazyness from everyone involved.
My Mom- For toughing it out through the bizzarre world that is her every day life. Granted, it's all in her head, but if this crap was really going on, I'd totally want her on my side.
My Stepmom- For dealing with all of us, and coming out significantly less scathed than I thought anyone could.
My Crazy Australian Grandfather- For being crazy, Australian, and my Grandfather. Pretty straightforward.
My Grandmother- For living with my crazy Australian Grandfather and teaching us the things we wanted to know while he taught us the things we needed to know. Oh, and for impromptu piano lessons and Garfield.
My Artistic Grandmother- For being an artistic genius and for swimming and sleepovers and teaching me how to be sophisticated and fried spaghetti and for lettuce and carrot sandwiches on toast with just the right amount of butter. :)
I love my family. And if I didn't mention you, don't worry. I love you too, they just didn't give me enough room.

And, the Impossibles, for writing this song about someone else, yet making me feel appreciated.
Erin with an E
She likes to keep to herself, but I would also love to keep her. She may sleep all alone but she's not the only lonely sleeper. When a bunch of realistic schemes seep into my daydreams she's got the disinfectant. When all I've gotten myself is lost she'll buy my heart at any cost, and it's such a safe investmentI may look like Clark Kent, but I'm no Superman, I'm just a mild-mannered kid looking for my lois lane Whoa, I know she's what I see when my eyes close Whoa, I know when she's gone where she goesI'd throw rose petals at her feet and feed her all that she could eat a thousand kisses I would send her. I'd make her be my valentine, I'd wash my mouth with turpentine, I'd even like her if she changed her gender.
