I would like to meet any person who would inspire me to be more than I am . . . One person who has inspired me recently is fitness model Kristia Knowles. She is the only fitness model I have found that is my height which as you know is around 5'11. Most fitness models are around 5'5 on average. . . just FYI. I aspire to be the brunette version of Kristia. . . lol. Really though I am in the gym almost everyday except that one rest day a week. I plan to keep fitness a part of my daily life because it has become very important to me. . . not only physically but mentally as well. Music is one of my passions. . . I am very eclectic. I love all types of music. Really just depends on what mood I am in. . . I absolutely adore jazz if I can I would sing it all day long. As far as the norm and who others identify with some of my favorites are Coldplay, James Blunt, now I am listening to a lot of Fort Minor. Long time favorite has to be Metallica. . . as far as rap love anything with a beat I can dance to cause I love to dance. Love to sing so a good Jazz or R and B song is always nice. As far as when I need something relaxing for the bubblebath haha there is always Enya of course and Michael Buble is freaking awesome. So you name it I probably like it. Do not listen to much country but it has it's moments when I am in the mood for it!! Also, have been a HUGE fan and admirer of Howie Day for many reasons. I love movies. . .cannot get enough. . . would like to say I have seen them all but we all know that is not true. Mainly I like action, comedies, and thrillers. . . but as I said I like all genres. I will watch and probably love any movies with Johnny Depp starring. . .he always tends to play the "different" characters and I think he is just very talented. I would classify him as the true mysterious bad boy which is always appealing and the fact he can play the guitar beautifully well enough said I think. . .One of my favorite movies, and if you know me well you already know this, is Transporter. Jason Statham. . .um well can you say "BAD ASS". . .As I said before I love comedies and one of my favorite funny guys is Ryan Reynolds. . .here is a pic of him in one of my favorite places in Cali. . . Bartels' Harley Davidson it is famous if you are ever in Marina Del Rey you need to go check this place out!!! Ryan likes bikes. . .gotta love that!!
I do not really watch too much television because I think it turns your brain to mush. . .not really I am kidding just do not really make a whole lot of time for it, but I make an exception for Ultimate Fighter and really any type of real fighting where there is skill involved. One of my favorite fighters is Matt Hughes. . . Books. . .well when I have the time or "make" the time I love them. . .sometimes if I am reading a really great book I cannot seem to put it down. In the past I would read a lot of fiction but now I seem to be more interested in non-fiction. . .you know books where I actually learn things that I can use in various parts of my life. But a good fiction novel can be fun for the imagination. As far as anything I am reading now. . .ummmmmm well actually a few. "The Edge" fitness book by the Weider Brothers (but have already read it once) amazing how you can miss stuff. . .lol. I recommend it to anyone just getting into fitness or bodybuilding it is a good basis and you can refer back to it as you learn. Secondly, there are some books that are “must reads†for certain business professionals and then there are a handful that everyone should read. One such book is "Influence--Science and Practice" by Dr. Robert Cialdini, a psychology professor at Arizona State University. This book provides insights that you can use to make business and personal decisions. Frankly, I would be astounded if reading this book doesn't make you a better (business) person. And last but not least. . . well actually. . . this one is a secret if it turns out to be as great as I think I will let you know. . . ;)
Heroes. . . I actually have one and only one and that is my father (guilty of being daddy's girl). My father raised me all by himself from the time I was an infant and I thank him for all of my successes. If it were not for him I am sure I would not be the person I am today and most of the time I consider myself to be a pretty well rounded individual. He sacrificed a lot to raise me right and for that I consider him to be the greatest man I know.
