My Interests

Actors Academy

I have developed a program that through training; Actors develop the skills necessary to do the job and get the job of acting.

Actors may have God given gifts; however they must develop skills to handle the adjustments that come his or her way on the job site. The actor must develop his fundamentals; otherwise everything else that comes afterwards is putting a dress on a pig.

Acting

Acting is a job! (Ask the people who write your checks). Jobs have abilities, skills and even language so people can communicate on the set or in the audition. This is the first training the actor starts with:

Voice

Emotions

Instincts

Variable approaches (Study of the Masters)

Actors are trained in all methods of acting so he discovers his method.

1. Camera

So you can act? Can you hit marks, play with props and act 20 times and keep getting better until your close up.

Most actors have gotten worse working in front the camera. The actor must understand the camera and be able to work the process of acting. Rehearsal, master shot, over the shoulder, close ups.

2. Audition

So you can act, you can hit a mark but can you get a job? Can you audition? It is a skill all in its self; I call it “The Beast”. The strongest get weak. The most able become incompetent. The smartest become stupid. There is a remedy, Master It! It is done but only by a few. It takes determination, which is the good news.

Guaranteed system, to audition and getting the job.

1. Analyze

2. Prepare

3. Execute

Study the philosophy in the audition and expectations.

3. Showcase

Very rare opportunity to meet casting directors and test skill level. Get feedback, ask questions and be seen. These are the actors chance to learn about the casting directors and how there office operates. The dues and don’ts.
