About Me

About me? I'm a comedic actress and a writer. Some people know me from the movieblog.com where I am a full time reporter, or they know me from the woods at night (the howling isn't wild dogs my friends).Occasionally I have been known to kill zombies, but only for survival or money never just for sport (ok there was that one time in Vegas, but everybody does crazy things there, people have sex with pre-op transexual hookers too for crying out loud! Not that I can blame them...I'm just saying).I have a website that's always up to date at www.sharondewitt.com

My Interests

killing zombies, Acting, writing, building and sleeping in forts, reading, music, editing, women, men, ballet theater, and any new activity that is challenging to my body and mind unless it involves dairy products.

I'd like to meet:

Elvis, or just have his carcass propped up beside me for a photo opportunity. And who I wouldn't like to meet is people who only have slutty looking women in their friends list. I don't like being collected so fuck off.

Books:

I am a book hound so I can't scale it down too much: Johnathan Carrol, Hunter S. Thompson, Margaret Atwood and David Sedaris are my favorite for fiction, anything by Noam Chomsky is great for non fiction, poetry by Rainer Maria Rilke. A tree grows in Brooklyn is my all time favorite book.

Heroes:

Is there actually anything here I can put that won't sound totally cliche or self serving? Ok I'm going for the golden cheeze award; My dad is my hero because when I was a little girl I saw him dive into a huge pit of manuer (shit-liquified) and save a drowning piglet. If a person will swim in actual shit to save a life that is considered less significant than their own, well that is a hero in my books. So screw you all those people who put Malcom X or Ghandi.
