Band Members: I was born in London to Dutch and Colombian parents. At an early age I picked up different instruments by ear. I started out performing on the flute with several bands. When I was sixteen I won the British Arts Awards Solo singing competition. I went on to study painting at the Chelsea School of Art and also made short films with my own music. I soon realised that my heart belonged to singing and so I began writing my own songs performing on piano and guitar. My recent performances have been for BBC3 and at the National Portrait Gallery. I have also played regularly over the past year at many hotels in London. My songs are about life, love and everything that being human entails.
