I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I live in Vienna, Austria, where I assist adults in acquiring computer and English skills, and get together with the muse as often as possible. My poetry has been published in English, German, Italian, and Polish, both online and in print. My first chapbook, "apples for adam", was published by FootHills Publishing in January 2005. "the secret meanings of greek letters", a collection of 24 poems, is due out in October 2007 (dancing girl press).
When I am not writing, I am reading, listening to music, watching movies, blogging, communicating with friends, playing tennis, and travelling – usually several of these at the same time. If you see me peering at something and shaking my head, I am most likely marvelling where certain people put "there apostrophe's" or fail to understand the difference between "its/it's".
Lately, i have been profoundly happy about the fact that finally, after many years, I have got myself smart new specs, which means that I don't have to put my contacts in and can still venture out without actually dying of shame.
