The International Theatre is a professional English Language Theatre in Vienna, Austria.
Our season runs from mid September to the end of June. Performances are normally Tuesdays through Saturdays at 7:30 P.M.

Laura Mitchell plays Shirley Valentine- a middle-aged housewife, who finds herself talking to the wall while she prepares her husband's chips 'n' egg, wondering what happened to her life. She feels she's stagnated and in a rut. But when her best friend gives her an all-expenses-paid vacation to Greece, she leaves the drudgery of cooking dinner for her husband, packs her bags and heads for the sun. Shirley begins to see the world, and herself, in a different light. Shirley Valentine is a funny and moving play about one woman's search for her identity.
